Super excited to announce that I have teamed with the good people at Bumble Bizz to host the very first Trusting The Process LIVE event this Wednesday 6th March. In honour of International Women’s Day, on Wednesday 6th March I’ll be joined for an intimate conversation and Q&A with fellow believer & founder of Pepper Your Talk and TheJuniorNetwork (https://www.pepperyourtalk.co.uk/thejuniornetwork/), Dior Bediako. Featured in notable publications and spaces such as Refinery 29 and Stylist Live, Dior is a force to be reckoned with. From landing a role with the high-end luxury brand Burberry, as a black woman in an unfamiliar space Dior was soon launched into a new world where she was required to learn skills such as negotiation, networking and navigating the workplace, fast. She quickly saw that the issues she faced were widespread and sought to fix that. Quitting her job at Burberry, Dior stepped out in faith launching Pepper Your Talk; the unique platform created to help others find their feet within the industry. Members' club, #TheJuniorNetwork, soon followed. By maximising her network and identifying a solution to a problem, Dior has built her own table where women can navigate their careers with creativity and confidence. On the night, we’ll be unpacking the gems in her career journey from fashion grad to biz owner. From financial challenges to FOMO, we’re sharing the real tea on entrepreneurship.
